National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches

By FirstDown PlayBook on Jul 8, 2024

FirstDown PlayBook is excited to announce that we have partnered with the National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches. The NCMFC has become a growing force within our football coaching profession over the past four years.

Established in June 2020, the National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches and its foundation are dedicated to preparing, promoting, and producing minority coaches at all levels of football (professional, collegiate, scholastic, and recreational).

The NCMFC goals fall directly in line with what FirstDown PlayBook has been doing since 2011. We have provided football coaches at all levels a coaching tool that makes them more efficient and saves them time. FirstDown PlayBook has always worked hard to make this coaching tool available to all coaches. This includes flag football coaches, youth football coaches and female football coaches.

The NCMFC is backed by an experienced Board of Directors—whose members have reached the pinnacle of our profession and managing success, including Super Bowl and National Champion titles.

The Board operates with one fundamental goal: preparing, promoting, and producing qualified minority coaches at all levels of football. The NCMFC has teamed up with leagues, associations, conferences, and organizations, that share its mission. FirstDown PlayBook is excited and proud to be the latest to team up with this fast-growing and beneficial organization!
