After that you need to quickly, and more importantly simply, identify the remaining five players you want on the football field. How many running backs, tight ends and receivers do you want on the field for that particular play?
For those of you asking “Can my youth football players handle this system?” Our response would be that your 6-8 year olds probably cannot. In fact you probably don’t have personnel groupings for that age. However your 10-11 year old youth football players can certainly handle this.
