8 Man Football Defense Grows!
The FirstDown PlayBook 8 Man Football Defense section has blown up this weekend. There are now five different defenses in this new area.
In typical FirstDown PlayBook style, we are detailing this out for any eight man coach regardless of what defense you play. Right now we have fitted up all five of these defenses against six offensive formations.
There are two back formations, one back formations and empty formations in this section. Obviously our mission is to get you as close as we can to the 8 man defense you play. After that you can take the FirstDown Playbook Draw & Edit tool to do the rest.

We will be following up with the Coaching Points and Player Assignments soon. We will also go back and include a middle of the field open defense or two over the next couple of weeks.
