Grant Mollring Joins FirstDown PlayBook
We are excited to announce that veteran high school and college football coach Grant Mollring has joined our FirstDown PlayBook staff as a sales representative. Grant brings almost 25 years of experience to our team. The majority of Grant’s coaching experience has been in the midwestern part of the United States. However, his football experiences have taken him across the nation.
Grant graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and immediately started coaching at Eustis-Farnam High School, in Eustis, Nebraska. He then returned to Nebraska-Kearney as a graduate assistant before being promoted to the full-time receiver coach and recruiting coordinator. He was part of an 11-2 team that won the RMAC championship and finished ranked 6th in the country.

Grant served as Offensive Coordinator for three years at Doane College in Crete, Nebraska. After that, held the same title for four years at Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska
During this period, Grant Mollring’s offenses consistently averaged over 400 yards of total offense and 30 points per game. This lead to Grant being named the head coach at Buena Vista University from 2017-2022.
Grant has consistently contributed to the game of football, serving in a professional capacity with influential organizations such as Elite QB Passing Academy, USA Football and the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA). He also worked with Hudl in the early stages of the company. He has consistently been a part of making our game better throughout the years.
His FirstDown PlayBook sales area will include the midwest region stretching over into Pennsylvania and down to the southern gulf.
