There are several ways to document a football coach’s career and qualifications. How his or her players perform is certainly near or at the top of the list. Your player’s performance on and off the field is something we all take very personally.

However, fair or not, this is often accredited in large part to the player’s talent. For a coach, it is going to come down to more than how your players play. It’s always going to be about your experience or your resume.

Sadly enough, a lot of good football coaches don’t document their experience. You are certainly a better football coach than you were last year (or at least you better be). Keeping an account of your professional growth is critical.
