In case you have not noticed, it is hard to get into the NFL Playoffs. The fourteen teams that have punched their ticket to this years post season play would all agree.
When you factor in all of the outside factors associated with the pandemic, it has been even more challenging. This is why when you take close look at all fourteen teams you will see different situations in regards to how they are playing going into the playoffs.
Some are limping into post season play and others are hitting their stride. Other than the two teams with first round byes, there is one team that stands out to us as we look at the next several weeks.
Dave Toub Back On The Big Stage
The Buffalo Bills are a solid football team in all three phases. They have one of the best young quarterbacks in the league, a well coached defense and as you will see below, exceptional special teams effort and play.
With the exception of one poorly played Hail Mary pass this football team would have been 14-2. Now don’t get us wrong. We have had a bye twice in our NFL career and lost twice. Playing good football going into the playoffs does not guarantee you anything.
However, watch this special teams play that The Scouting Academy’s Dan Hatman, Coach & Coordinator’s Keith Grabowski and FirstDown PlayBook dissect today. You are going to see the Bills have important ingredients of a super bowl contender.
