Coach Relationship & Sales Intern

Compensation: $20 per hour, 20-25 hours per week

Location: Remote

Start Date: October 20th, 2025

Duration: Internship continues until May 2026 with availability to extend

PlayBook Tech Inc. is looking for a Coach Relationship & Sales Intern — an opportunity designed for college students or recent graduates who want to build real-world experience in customer relations and sales while working in the sports technology industry.

What You’ll Do

• Help coaches and organizations get started with their accounts
• Answer basic product questions and guide users through setup
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner
• Track common questions and share feedback with the team
• Follow up with leads generated by marketing campaigns
• Join in on product walk-throughs and demos

What We’re Looking For

• Current college student or recent graduate, preferably in sports management or business major
• Strong communication skills — comfortable on the phone and in email
• Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
• Interest in sports or coaching is a plus, but not required
• Interest in sales
• Positive attitude and a desire to gain valuable professional experience
